If you have not started yet with a good skin care regime, you seriously have to consider this now. Why? Well for good skin of course, do you need another reason?
{PAUSE} Okay....
Here is what you have to do:
- Decide on a product that you will use, you might need two different ones, I always have to change my skin care regime in winter - as my skin is dryer.
- Look at what your skin needs are - the areas that you don't like so much, the dark circles, spots, fine lines, un even skin tone, this will help with choosing the right product for you.
- When you over 40 you might want to consider a light cleanser to not steal the oils from your face.
- Exfoliate once a month - brown sugar, olive oil and used coffee grinds works well for this.
- Sun block
- Day and night moisturiser
- Use a toner it gets rids of the excess dirt and makeup your cleanser left.
- Steam your face regularly, run the hot shower or book a facial. This helps to open up the pores.
- Get enough sleep
- Apply a mask - at home mask is great, two ingredients Yogurt and Honey. Yogurt - refining pores, exfoliating skiing and stimulating collagen production (we love this). Honey - it retains water and keeps skin soft and moisturised.
- Drink water
- Eat healthy
- If you don't have a budget for it, there is some great at home remedies that you can try.
